Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for a Product & Market Developer to be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products. The responsibilities of a Product & Market Developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists, and developing new product. A product developer, also known as an industrial designer, combines design, business and engineering skills to create products that meet both market and production requirements. •Main Responsibilities: -Developing and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market allow the company product to remain competitive -Researching product & market specifications according to a number of various factors and uses such as technology, Licenses or critical parts in oil & gas industries -Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development. -Full filling activities related to company developing plan and strategies -Enhancing market research materials and sales data to ensure that developing products are viable and competitive -Participating in technical marketing meeting with client and preparing fine presentation for new products -Convincing client to registering company in clients (Mother companies and EPC contractors) approved and short vendor list and arranging pre-qualification procedures and finalizing evaluation results -Finding & negotiations with well-known foreign companies related to new products and making a joint venture in order to grant their technology to the company as part of joint venture, technology transfer or other known ways -Carrying out and preparing technical proposal -Detailed design work & preparing working drawings and a prototype if required. -Collaborating with engineering and technical specialists to ensure that the design takes advantage of the latest materials or technologies -Participating in related exhibitions for finding new customers, resources and networking with them -Submitting solutions and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage
