- Working closely with product team to develop and test strategies for activating
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts the company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profit.
- Ensuring the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the products.
- Illustrating market problems in a "story" that puts the problem in context, User stories are one component of requirements.
- Identifying opportunities by research, analyzing issues and problems, prioritizing process improvement and developing solutions based on strategic direction.
- Submitting reports about roots of issues, problems and related business recommendations.
- Analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of existing problems gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging of these processes.
- Conducting retention analyses that help identify investment opportunities.
- Analyzing data and data driven decisions based on available data.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering is compulsory
- 3+ years of related working experience, high potential candidates with no experience are also being considered for the job.
- Good at writing reports and presentations.
- Critical thinking skills
- Significant problem solving skills.
- Excellent in research and analyzing data (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Familiar with new global business trends related to IT industry.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Tag manager would be an asset.
- Familiar with SQL is a plus.
