Job Description
- Responsible for purchasing of goods, merchandises and needed services - Comparing the quality, price and services, the procurement expert will select and bring the best choice at the lowest possible price - Communicating with departments to know their needs - Searching for reputable suppliers. - Negotiating with suppliers and preparing contracts - Ensuring the on time delivery of products and services by suppliers - Managing the supplier's bills payments - Providing the periodically precise reports on purchase orders with complete documents needed for accounting division
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least mathematics diploma - Minimum 3 Years of related work experience - Negotiation and effective communication skills - Systematic and group working manner - Responsibility for duties and company - Able to read intermediate English contents
