Job Description

-A full understanding of the structure of administrative activities in the export and import of goods and services such as; Coding of goods, Determining the price of customs clearance, Imports from the place of export, Temporary admission, Refund of import rights, Export award process, Selection process of exporting country of the country -Compilation and submission of statistical reports and review of the quantitative and qualitative status of performance in comparison with KPI -Review, analyze and improve the existing work practices and eliminate additional operations. -Planning and controlling the inventory system based on the amount and order point and economic order point -Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, organizing, and reporting -Follow up on claims from employers

Requirements

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or MBA from a reputable university -Having at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of purchasing, custom clearance, freight the cargo -Knowledge & Skills: •Awareness of all customs and government laws that affect the process of domestic and foreign purchases. •Familiar with IFS system (ERP software). •Active in the field of business and interested in challenging environments. •Fluent in English. •Fluent in Office. •Team work experience. •Interested in learning. -Behavioral qualities: •Committed to providing quality and professional reports. •Ability to communicate effectively. •Active and spontaneous. -Having Experience and recognition of various types of transportation Air freight, Sea freight, and Transit) -Full mastery of the procedures, rules and documents required by international organizations and relevant organizations such as; Industry and Mine Trading, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Development, Customs -Familiarity with customer relationship technology, negotiation techniques, technical meetings, and problem-solving methods -Familiarity with consumer behavior patterns, communication marketing, market segmentation and planning based on organizational goals, familiarity with statistical tables and sales engineering -Ideal Age Range: 26 - 41
