Job Description
- Objective: Purchasing all the needed for the organization.
- Main responsibilities: Receiving and classifying all the purchase orders and prioritizing them according to the budget;
- Identifying the best price and supplier;
- Controlling the purchased materials based on the quality, number and other specifications mentioned in the purchase order;
- Coordinating with the logistic department to deliver the materials on time;
- Preparing the required reports on the purchasing activities;
- Developing an up-to-date database of the suppliers;
