Job Description

- Receiving the purchase orders and classifying the requests according to the budget and purchasing procedures; - Coordinating the delivery of the orders and negotiating on the time and type of transportation; - Controlling the purchased items according to the specifications of the orders; - Preparing a database of suppliers and updating the list in order to decrease the risk of having only one supplier for our requirements; - Coordinating the tender procedure and evaluating the participants according to the given criteria;
