As Procurement officer, you will be responsible for managing project/operational contracting and purchasing processes from request to supplier selection and order placement, participate in project/operational purchasing cost optimization project help by the direct managers.
You are also responsible for managing purchasing plans submitted by the line of business, place orders, track statuses, give timely feedback to requestors utilizing visual management tools, managing contract execution under the frame agreements for indirect spend, place orders based on them, track status, give timely feedback to requestors, draft, create and issue contracts for project/operational requests, including contract appendices.
Tracking status of shipments and planned orders, check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications are also part of your responsibilities.
We also expect that you support establishment and apply for SAP MM system and stock control for project/operational spend, manage the material’s register in SAP system, support in other sourcing activities (audit findings closing), maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all NN and local safety and environmental regulations.
