Job Description

This year the industrial group has decided to open up chain stores with the approach of supplying different types of mother care products during pregnancy as well as child care products up to age ten with high quality and reasonable prices under the name of (Moshtarian Bartar Tiba chain stores). at the present time there is no similar chain store with this function in the country and by developing these stores,customers will be able to find a considerable amount of their needs in one place and under one roof which helps them to save a lot of time and cost. Accordingly and based on the plan in phase one ,at least 20 branches will be opened in best neighborhoods in Tehran. Also we will develop franchising model with eligible people all over Iran. Job Description - Have sufficient knowledge about marketing systems, sales techniques and methods of procurement, procurement and purchasing, issues related to concluding sales contracts and their legal points, trade laws -Finding reliable, qualified and economical sources & vendors (local & foreign) - Implement guidelines and provide guidance on the procurement budget of affiliated units - Investigating and determining the appropriate storage system and monitoring its establishment - Predicting the needs of the stores in terms of equipment, supplies and estimating the cost of purchasing them in the form of relevant programs and instructions. - Preparation and preparation of necessary reports for the responsible authorities. - Arranging and compiling the terms and conditions of service, equipment and ... contracts. - Providing space and providing equipment, facilities and office equipment to provide services under the supervision - Provide the necessary communication tools to facilitate the provision of services - Organizing, determining job descriptions, dividing work, determining authority limits and delegating authority among subordinate departments - Predicting the necessary credits and adjusting the annual budget of the subordinate units - Planning and monitoring of logistics operations, warehousing, repairs and maintenance of company equipment

Requirements

- Ability to follow up continuously - System analysis - Useful and completely relevant work experience - Familiar with working in agile enterprises -Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management/ Mechanical /Industrial Engineering/ MBA -10 years’ experience in similar business and positions -Comprehensive knowledge on contracts provisions and preparation –Comprehensive knowledge on payment methods such LC (different types: at-sight, usance, refinance) documentary bill, cash & T/T -Familiar with Central Bank rules and regulations -Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking) specifically commercial correspondences -Good negotiations and bargaining skills -Familiar with tenders and auction methods and rules -Familiar with procurement software and platforms
