You will manage the at Nestlé Iran procurement team to provide Raw Materials, Packaging or Services and indirect materials to meet all the requirements to achieve lowest total cost for Quality, Delivery and performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE … - You will be responsible to Understand Nestlé Middle East strategies and priorities and translate that into needs and integrate the information into procurement category strategies of Nestlé Iran and ensure this information is provided to all critical Levels of leadership. - You need to ensure achievement on the agreed service level with Business Units and Strategic partner to business and alignment of Procurement projects with it to ensure reliable procurement process. - You need to analyze the Market and help the business to anticipate supply market evolution to turn threats into opportunities and Deliver short- and long-term sustainable benefits for the Businesses also you need to engage with top suppliers to ensure they deliver competitive advantage. - You will be responsible to manage Business Partners, Sourcing and Procurement Support teams in servicing all Nestlé Iran requirement in head office, plant /production and Co-Man sites, and ensure the teams effectively understand the category needs, applied strategies, new supplier assignments and proactively challenge sourcing activities and specifications to focus on high value returns. - Manage all procurement and sourcing team, ensuring effective staffing and tasking. Analyze performance and competency gaps and agree development requirements and training plans. Develop sourcing knowledge amongst sourcing team. - You need to manage the team to reduce the cost of the supply while maintaining quality and time and ensuring all purchases are subject to commercial and contractual discipline and that the Company's position is always optimized and protected regarding Source to Pay compliance and Manage Working Capital to optimal levels and ensuring business requirements are met. - You need to proactively understand the business needs and requirements within the assigned scope for functional and plant level requirements in the Nestlé in Market serviced & Carry out as directed any data retrieval, analysis and representation required, mapping how ordering (S2P) and channels work within the locations serviced, and identify improvements to be targeted.
