Job Description

Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company looking for an experienced procurement manager to help us achieve our goals with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Roles: ● Lead the team under supervision in order to achieve the set and announced goals. ● Monitor the process of collecting and analyzing data used in reports. ● Target and monitor the activities of the direct and indirect purchasing unit in order to provide timely and effective goods and services needed by the production line. ● Supervise the signing of contracts for the purchase of goods and services and ensure that the interests of the company are met and the requirements are in compliance with the negotiated items. ● Lead all negotiations with suppliers of goods and services of the organization to achieve the best results in the relevant matters. ● Ensure effective communication with the warehouse in order to be aware of the inventory of goods in order to make the necessary and timely decisions to supply the required goods. ● Monitor the process of identifying suppliers of goods and services and the good performance of obligations by contractors. ● Supervise holding auctions (to sell production waste) and tenders when necessary. ● Play a role in compiling or updating the trading regulations and attending the trading commission.
