Job Description
• Research and evaluate suppliers and negotiation with them.
• Sourcing to find new sources and development of supply chain.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports for management.
• Close collaboration with the technical department to solve technical problems and execute correct purchases.
• Maintain and manage a strong relationship with suppliers and negotiate with them to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
• Familiar with the warranty of purchased goods.
• Make sure that all procurement documentation is professionally maintained and data entry in the system has been done.
• Track all the orders until warehouse delivery in order to ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time, as per the agreement.
• Maintain and review computerized records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories.
• Review and approve requisitions and create purchase orders and send them to chosen Mechanic and Electronic vendors.
