Job Description

- High strategic negotiation proficiency, - Ability to purchase based on budget planning and cost-saving schemes, - Researching local and international suppliers and products, - Evaluating companies and products based on quality, price, payment conditions, service, and support, - Requesting quotes from reliable vendors, - Purchase orders preparation, - Keeping the Vendor list update, - Planning tasks based on priority and deadlines, - Sufficient follow-up and tracking in terms of quality, delivering, and time schedule, - Arranging Transportation, - Provide professional reports,

Requirements

• Educational degree in Accounting or related subjects, • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields, • Advanced English communication skills, especially in writing and reading day to day emails. • Good command of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, and Outlook, • Proficiency in accounting software, • Ideal age 30 – 45, • Ability to work as a team, creative and self-motivated.
