Job Description

•Roles and Responsibilities -Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package -Looking for new sources of materials, packaging, and equipment -Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence -Negotiate with suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price, quality and delivery conditions -Getting Proforma Invoices from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports -Following internal and external rules and procedures to get the required permissions -Obtaining the import licenses -Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue and following customs clearance process -Making sure all purchased items are delivered to related departments on time -Prepare required documents for Financial Department -Following payments to suppliers -Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process -Reporting to R&D manager

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, MBA, or other related fields -At least 5 years of experience as a procurement Expert -Experience in beauty, personal care and pharmaceutical industry is an advantage -Professional in internal and external commercial rules and regulations, customs formalities and Incoterms -High skills in English commercial correspondences and verbal negotiation -Good knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office) -Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Completely familiar and had experience with TTAC -Being responsive to all commitments -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
