Job Description

● Taking technical and commercial quotations from vendors or suppliers in accordance with company purchasing procedures. ● Commercial negotiation with vendors. ● Developing procurement resources and resource allocations. ● Taking the necessary quotations from contractors or suppliers in accordance with company purchasing procedures. ● Obtaining rock bottom prices and preparation of final commercial bid evaluation report. ● Following up on all manufacturing orders. ● Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of all orders. ● Preparing related reports on the procurement activities' progress.

Requirements

● More than 10 years of experience in industrial projects or Oil and Gas field procurement. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. ● Excellent English knowledge. ● Familiar with goods, materials, equipment, also suppliers, and contractors. ● Teamwork skills. ● Effective negotiation and communication skills. ● Excellent ICDL knowledge. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office. ● Excellent knowledge of respected local and international laws and regulations (customs clearance, insurance, shipping, import and export, LC, bank guarantees, etc.).
