Job Description

● Developing, and implementing procurement activities including procurement planning, market research, sourcing, analyzing, budgeting, order placement, contracting, expediting, cost control, logistics, and delivery of all purchases. ● Taking the necessary quotations from contractors or suppliers in accordance with company purchasing procedures. ● Managing tenders and preparing a commercial analysis for the procurement manager. ● Participating in supplier audits. ● Sourcing capable resources in accordance with the scope of work and commercial or technical qualifications. ● Managing the value engineering and savings opportunities. ● Following up on all manufacturing orders and making sure all QC requirements are conducted. ● Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of all orders. ● Preparing related reports on the procurement activities' progress. ● Managing suppliers and making sure the best in price and quality is delivered.
