Job Description

Mission: • To examine the effectiveness of Procurement strategy development and implementation. • To ensure compliance of procurement procedures and policies are adhered and follow the implementation of the Excellence models like EFQM, CRA, Resolution 163 and etc. to comply with Quality assurance issues. • To conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards. Task Complexity: • To ensure all procurement activities for purchasing, shipment and custom clearance as well as currency allocation and order registrations are in compliance with Iran laws and regulations (this is from process perspective) • To issue, edit and update all procedures related to procurement department in accordance with given policies. • To conduct investigations to discover root cause when compliance problems arise, to ensure covering competency model’s requirement completely. • To review all contracts, rebates, contributions, and obligations for Procurement compliance of MTNIrancell. • To ensure compliance requirements are established, kept current, and communicated to the Procurement department and organization. • To manage self-audits, compliance issue resolution and procedure compliance requirements, to be ready for the main audits. • To coordinate, track, and respond to internal and external audits, prepare reports for & from audits with clear and concise findings and recommendations. • To conduct quality assurance reviews and compliance checks on key/high risk aspects of the procurement process, in accordance with the annual review program. • To support timely and accurate responses to corporate reporting requirements and facilitate the conduct, tracking and close out of any internal or external audits of procurement (like resolution 163 and etc.) • To achieve 100% compliance with procurement and MTN-Irancell policies and procedures. • To prepare the declaration for quality models and participate in audits from regulatory agencies by gathering and submitting required compliance documentation pertaining to Supply Chain transactions.
