Job Description

● Responsible for standardizing processes, templates, and tools that support industry best practices and applying continual improvements to remediate process gaps. ● Guide the team technically and work closely with other teams acting as a communication medium between the corporate and businesses. ● Design and implement processes across various departments. ● Manage and coordinate ERP system support activities guaranteeing effective data planning and optimal system utilization. ● Initiate and lead change throughout process integration, process improvement organization that promotes and encourages continuous improvement in all work areas and activities. ● Develop concepts, architecture frameworks, and solution frameworks addressing core industry challenges. ● Lead large transformation projects, end-to-end communication, and alignment. ● Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions and recommends feasible and efficient solutions.

Requirements

● Strong skills in the development, facilitation, and implementation of processes and tools. ● Soft skills, diplomacy, and tact are necessary to work effectively within a large corporate. ● Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Mentor sub-ordinates in both technical and managerial areas and appraise the performance of direct reports. ● Experience working with the process software, for example, Visual Paradigm is an advantage. ● At least 8 years of work-related experience. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Insudtrial Engineering, Hardware, or Software Engineering.
