Job Description

● Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. ● Identify, map, model, and analyze as-is business processes using BPMN, design and develop to-be processes in coordination with process owners in order to mitigate waste of time and resources and increase productivity and efficiency. ● Identify main areas of improvements through a discovery process including interviewing key personnel, analyze and develop systematic solutions, propose improved methods of action and prepare proper documents. ● Drive process improvement initiatives throughout the NanoAlvand focused on creating long-term cost savings and agility. ● Document the process improvement changes with a major focus on digital automation. ● Cooperate with IT department to design and implement a new system, enhance existing systems, all with the aim of improving business agility and productivity. ● Involve in analyzing information, collecting data, researching processes including best practices, and holding meetings. ● Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company’s process/departments in coordination with relevant departments. ● Collaborate and participate in reviewing and modifying required guidelines and procedures and introduce new systems and procedures where needed. ● Prepare business analysis and managerial report.
