Job Competencies:
Capability of analysis and design of processes and organizational structures.
Capability of designing, modeling, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes such as Visual Paradigm or Process Maker (BPMS).
Knowledge of the concepts of excellence (The philosophy of excellence and related concepts such as maturity models, governance, improvement, and continuous improvement).
Project management knowledge.
Knowledge of Analysis and design of organizational and business processes and organizational structures.
Ability to control over the design and implementation of macro-organizational structures and macro-organizational processes.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically IFS.
Familiarity with the company's business in terms of technical products, customers, product quality, requirements, and standards.
