Job Description
● Identify and provide cost-effective engineering solutions to plant operations and processing problems.
● Regular interaction with the shift teams both within the control room and out on-site to discuss opportunities and production risks.
● Preparation and production data sheets and related reports.
● Ensure assets remain up to date with process hazard reviews, HAZOP's, etc. in accordance with standards.
● Support in the ranking and management of facilities threats and opportunities.
● Design and optimize the operation of equipment and facilities.
● Advise on process safety issues.
● Process simulation and PFD Generation.
● Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
● Estimate production costs.
● Conduct all activities in a safe and effective manner and raise safety and environmental issues immediately and in line with corporate policy.
