• Identify and optimize processes within a business, between holding businesses and between organizational departments.
• Aligning organizational processes with business strategies
• Documentation and continuous review of organizational processes.
• Establish and implement workflow management structures.
• Simplify and clarify the organization's processes to facilitate the use of the organization's people in performing daily tasks
• Preparation of executive methods and instructions
• Defining information flow and classifying information in the organization and establishing a knowledge management system
Requirements
-At least BA. MA. Industrial engineering is preferred.
-At least 10 years of experience in Process engineering, include 3 years managerial position
-Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
-fluent in BPMS structures.
-Great People Management.
