Job Description

● Define the overall company process management strategy. ● Verify the global coherence of the company’s processes. ● Implement and manage the process management system in coordination with the different actors and contributors of the processes. Set up and collect process reviews. ● Update processes according to the strategic plan and identify the control points. ● Propose and execute pilot overall improvement action plans. ● Elaborate and update the risk matrix of the company according to the COSO standards. ● Implement the COSO risk management approach to process management. ● Define and implement the company quality policy and certifications. ● Determine (supporting the management team) the required processes and quality systems (ISO, ITIL, Lean, 6 Sigma, eTOM, etc.) necessary to achieve the company’s strategy. ● Manage to implementation of the selected quality systems. ● Manage to Implement control tools required for permanent quality results to support active, and dynamic management. ● Monitor adherence to required standards with operational managers. ● Communicate a clear quality management plan to team members. ● Define and set individual and collective objectives (KPIs) for the department, cascaded down from the general department objectives, within the performance review process. ● Evaluate the individual and collective objective achievements. Suggest rewards and salary increases within the salary review process cycle. ● Optimize and improve the department's performance in terms of organization and sizing. Escalate specific training needs.

Requirements

● Experience in telecommunications services. ● Experience in eTOM. ● Telecom process experience ARIS and Visio and visual paradigm knowledge required. ● Experience in implementing COSO standards for risk management. ● Experience in process description, process reporting, and process reviews. ● Expertise in implementing advanced quality systems and models, and successfully preparing quality certifications. ● Expertise in quality (ISO). ● Listening and empathy skills. ● Influence and persuasion. ● Persistence and perseverance. ● Relationship building. ● Rigor and organization. ● Strategy understanding. ● At least 7 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in technical fields. ● Proficient in English. ● Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
