Job Description

-Identify, Re-engineering, Design and optimize processes within a business, between business units and between organizational departments - Aligning organizational processes with business strategies - Documentation and continuous review of organizational processes - Establish and implement workflow management structures - Simplify and clarify the organization's processes to facilitate the use of the organization's people in performing daily tasks - Preparation of executive methods and instructions - Defining information flow and classifying information in the - Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in projects - Prepare dashboards that provide valuable insights and visualization into performance based on EVM

Requirements

Education: - At least BA in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA and other related fields Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in Process engineering, include 2 years planning position Knowledge & Skills: - Good command of PMBOK and APQC standards - Good knowledge of project management processes and data analysis - Familiar with strategic management - Familiar with ERP process design - Familiar with EPC Projects, Job Phases and Execution Disciplines - Familiar with P6 and MSP - Excellent command of Power Point, Excel and Word - Fluent in BPMS structures - Fluent in English Behavioral qualities: - Detail oriented with excellent documentation skills - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking - Excellent project management (planning and execution) skills - Experience in working with cross-functional teams - Active communicating on various levels of organization - Great People Management. - Goal and result-oriented
