Job Description

The successful candidate monitors, analyzes and communicates information impacting pricing applications across Roche Pars products. This position is a key positions within Market Access team that serves as a resource on the pricing environment for Roche Pars products, interacting closely with all internal business areas including Medical and Commercial teams to identify and support priority projects. Additionally, this person will maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will identify, develop and leverage strategic pricing under the supervision of the Market Access Director across all Roche Pars business areas to create advantageous positioning for Roche Pars products. Responsibilities • Ensuring pricing policies in liaison with HOD based on approved RACI model • Implementing pricing analysis for all Roche portfolio to support optimum access • Ensuring the timely input concerning the impact of new pricing legislation & other relevant information to the business • Working closely with Medical, MA and finance to develop BIMs and other value propositions • Establish strategic partnerships and value propositions to maximize reimbursement coverage • Ensuring the timely input concerning the impact of new pricing & reimbursement legislation & other relevant information to the business • Collecting/processing market and competitors' sales data from MoH statistical reports (Amarnameh) and sales reports from Distributors • Supporting head of function in different areas related to Market Access Strategies

Requirements

Qualifications: Pharma /Business Management/Economics qualification is essential. Experience and knowledge: • At least 3 years of experience in Market Access/Pricing is preferred. • Experience working in a multicultural environment • Fluency in written and spoken English, is a must. • Excellent Networking skills & ability to build external relations is needed for this position. Skills and Competencies • Business Acumen -- deep understanding of pharma industry, pricing processes, business drivers, products, local market, competition, and forces that help build public opinions. • Communication skills -- the ability to influence at all levels and to position/sell ideas to key stakeholders and manage expectations in line with agreed objectives. • Builds trustful and effective relationships. • Ability to push back and challenge the status quo. • Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Project management skill is required.
