Job Description
• Implementing and monitoring a preventative maintenance program to assure a cost effective and scheduled maintenance. • Enforcing city safety practices and procedures. • Ensures employees receive appropriate safety training. • Implementation of preventive inspections and on road tests. • Being involved in accurate cost estimation. • Contributing in providing KPIs/Performs related duties as required. • Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records. • To maintain the company cars in a good mechanical shape to avoid accidents due to mechanical problems. • To maintain an updated car database, which is including car repairs, maintenance costs and accidents in order to help managing the costs for the entire fleet as well as preparing reliable regular report. • Identify different suppliers for car maintenance (car wash, garages). • To train the new employees the Defensive Driving Program and as well as the Company Car Policy.
Requirements
Education: • University degree is required. Work Experience and Competence: • Min 3 years of experiences in relevant field as Fleet, Logistics • Efficient Time management and team work spirit. • Organized and disciplined. • Having car technical knowledge. Languages & Computer Skills: • Fluent in English (written and verbal). • Proficient user of MS Office.
