Job Description

-Plan digital advertising campaigns for products or services on a variety of digital media -Plan & manage all digital social media activities to increase brand awareness and customers’ interactions through social media -Web-marketing / social media optimization -Cooperate in producing content for social media -Monitor & Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools -Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors, digital marketing partners and suppliers -Analyze and decide on the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations -Identify target audiences and analyze their digital habits and preferences -Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in order to improve future campaigns. -Develop PR strategies to improve public image of company -Maintain and develop working relationships with new and existing partners who offers us products and services for our loyalty scheme and also explore new opportunities to bring new potential partners into our loyalty scheme. -Monitor and analyze all campaigns, and provide all statistical feedback to Strategy team -Manage development and maintaining communication channels with news agencies and channels and PR vendors to meet Company PR requirements. -Communicate with related persons and divisions within the company to prepare proper reactions for Shatel mobile caste news in media

Requirements

-B.Sc. degree in market research, business, computer or other relevant field; M.Sc. is preferred -Over 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing & PR areas -2 years management experience / Telecom experience is a plus -Advertising/ marketing -Business management -Communication and media studies -Journalism -Operational research -Statistics -Online media planning, implementation and optimizations -Digital media strategy and effectiveness analysis -SEO -Being Familiar with HTML and UI/UX optimization is preferred -Working English knowledge •Skills & Abilities: -Microsoft Office -Effective organizational skills -Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and media owners -Numeracy, for data analysis and negotiations -Strong analytical skills -Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information -Real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities •Attitudes: -Teamwork -Confidence & approachable -Creative and Innovative -Composed & detail oriented -Enthusiasm -Manage negotiations -Good time management -Aware of media trend -Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, niche and B2B sites, online video, and everything in between
