Job Description

Managing and overseeing POS-related technical and marketing performance in line with company strategies and goals, sustained sales of products and services in this section, and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: • Formulate POS marketing plans and POS allocation operational plans to differentiated customer groups and monitor their performance to attract more customers and transaction amount • Selection and monitoring of agents' performance in establishing a positive and effective interaction with customers and receiving their needs and problems in order to satisfy and establish a lasting customer relationship with the company • Organizing Relationships between Warehousing and Marketing Experts to Provide better Customer Services • Planning the amount and method of supplying required POS items and monitoring the availability of these items in time • Monitor POS crashes and customer satisfaction issues and prevent them • Guidance and training of experts in performing assigned tasks and adjusting their work plan to improve their performance • Providing analytical reports on the performance of the POS unit in order to decide and enhance the level of future planning of the unit
