Objective of the role: Maintenance and support of Rightel Portal Services (eCare, Website, Dealer, B2B, registration and purchase(reg), Webchat, Auction, etc.).
List of responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve the projects
• Optimize the page load speed
• Website and Portal Update
• Develop plans to increase project efficiency and performance
• Provide instructions and user manuals on portal support
• Collecting service development documentation and adding descriptions to guidelines that are understandable to others
• Collaborate with design and engineering team to develop and optimize application software and services.
• Collaborate with Custop team to resolve service problems.
Bachelor’s degree (ICT, IT, Software Engineering).
Nature and length of previous experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in IT, ICT, Support, Operation, Maintenance, Web & Portal Services, Software & Systems...
