Job Description

• Performs project planning, controlling and reporting (PMO) based on PMBOK • Prepares managerial weekly and monthly reports • Prepares Time Schedule, WBS, CBS and related procedures • Interacts with Project Managers • Leads all project managing aspects of organization • Proven experience in working with project scheduling software tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university • Minimum 15 years of experience in related fields • Good knowledge of PMO Processes • PMP certified • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Expert in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSP, and Visio) • Proven experience in working with project scheduling software tools and methodologies • Experience in electronic payment or banking environment is an advantage • Good knowledge of IT projects is an advantage
