Job Description

Digikala is looking for Platform Journey Specialist. As a member of the platform journey specialist team, you will manage a specific supply method seller from registration to maintenance and continuously track the performance of the rest to identify the trends, obstacles, and needs and will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operation, and seller marketing teams to solve the problems to sustain growth for sellers and team. Additionally, you’ll help keep the team up to date on the sellers’ feedback, changes in trends, and the market, and provide the team with the needed insight. Responsibilities : ● Guide and support sellers through registration and collaborate with them during the seller’s lifetime. ● Clarify, facilitate and customize processes according to the segment. ● Recommend solutions for obstacles that sellers face. ● Monitor the performance of sellers (both sales and operational side). ● Communicate with sellers to get feedback and give insights (Calls and Emails). ● Analyze the data and effective factors in market. ● Conduct root cause analysis to recognize needs and opportunities. ● Communicate and negotiate with all commercial teams. ● Manage closely the key sellers. ● Follow up on the needed actions to hit the targets.

Requirements

● Analytical skills. ● Ability to think creatively. ● Problem-solving ability. ● Strong communication skills. ● Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is preferred. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ● Fluency in English is a plus.
