Job Description

● Manage all the activities and tasks of all trials (packaging, process, and new product). ● Define all procedures and work instructions for preparation, cooking, packaging, and packing for all new projects. ● Follow and define tractability system in new projects. ● Define a system to follow chemicals, analyze and propose solutions for a new project until reach a good level in the results (delivery of the project to production). ● Follow all productions indicators: chemicals, losses, TU, weight, EQSU and support the production team to improve all results for new projects. ● Define and follow a new system to do and record the trials and results. ● Monitor all productions losses (mechanical, technical rework, laboratory, declass, overweight) for new projects.

Requirements

● Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Industry, or other related fields. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial production positions. ● Great knowledge of cheese technologies (processes, cooking, and packaging). ● Great knowledge of hygiene rules, HACCP methodology, ISO22000 and FSSC22000 requirements, chemical safety, and machinery safety. ● Good proficiency in MS Office. ● Fluent in English.
