Job Description

-Creating short and long term plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources -Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them -Purchasing required material for each project -Monitoring the production process according to the short and long term plans -Analysis of the plans and smart problem solving -Preparing the required reports -Identify the critical points in the plan or production process -Communication with the executive to keep the projects aligned with their goals -Motivating people in the projects to complete tasks on-time -Adjusting schedules and targets on the projects as needed

Requirements

-University degree (BSc./MSc.) in industrial engineering or related -At lest 3 years of relevant experience as planning/project manager or expert -Expert at planning and project control software (Primavera, MS project,...) -High teamwork skills -Excellent communication and analytical skills -Knowledge of technical description and production process in the related field -Knowledge of machining tools and equipment -Cost and risk management skills -Problem solving skills -Ability to make important decisions under pressure
