Job Description
- Establish annual goals and strategic plans of the organization and the annual goals and plans of different units
- Monitoring the compliance of goals and plans of the units with the organization's vision and goals. Offer to resolve conflicts and Preparing Management Report
- Designing specific instructions and structure for formulating required forms, formats and instructions and monitoring it by Subsidiary personnel
- Monitoring the Correct compilation of KPI for individuals and provide advisory feedback to them in relation to progress in achieving goals
- Audit processes within and between units and their adaptation to the standards and Organization Structure and the necessary revisions and apply the necessary revisions
- Monitoring all projects in the group and ensure tracking and doing things regularly and provide progress report
- Proper Implementation of approved strategies and policies in the whole group in form of coherent and integrated manner
