Job Description
• Designing and implementing production planning process and system performance control
• Preparing and submitting regular reports of demand achievement, production plan &
performance control indicators such as OEE
• Effective presence in production and diagnosis, defining and following the process of accurate
implementation of improvement projects
• Implementing work study, time study and capacity assessment of production stations and
designing FPC, OPC and MMC forms and diagrams
• Balancing production line and estimating required manpower
• Establish effective communication with technical and engineering units, production, supply
(MRP), QC and warehouse to advance production planning goals
• Design and implementation of material flow process in the factory
• Investigating the causes of production shutdowns and providing team solutions
• Controlling BOM changes and updating it
