● Maintaining and improving current organizational management systems.
● Identifying and improving organizational processes.
● Creating and developing organizational procedures, instruction, forms, and databases.
● Conducting organization internal audits.
● Designing and developing managerial dashboards.
● Capturing project and enterprise lessons learned.
● Documenting non-conformities, changes, corrective actions, and risks on a regular basis.
● Giving ideas to improve the organization's current systems.
