The Job Owner is Responsible for these 5 Major Roles: - Developing and Updating of Headquarter Strategies, as well as Implementing and Cascading of Approved Strategies, - Supervising and following of the Mentioned Tasks for Subsidiaries - Preparing Analytical Reports Such as Product Vision and Industry Attractiveness to help Developing & Assessing of Corporate Strategies - Conducting Market Studies to Support Investment Department to Appraise an Investment Plan - Designing, Evaluating, Optimizing and Re-engineering of Organizational Systems and Processes
Requirements
- Deep Understanding of Strategic Management Concepts, Processes, Terms, Tools and Methods - Expert in Strategy Formulation and Planning - Expert in Strategy Implementation and Cascading - Expert in Portfolio Analysis and Related Methods such as BCG matrix, GE matrix, etc. - Expert in Industry and Market Analysis and Conducting Product Outlook Studies - Expert in Design and Re-engineering of Organizational Processes and Organizational Architecture - Expert in Implementing Advanced Organizational Systems and Standards - Familiar with Business Intelligence Concepts - Familiar with Concepts and Fundamentals of Organizational Excellence (EFQM)
