Job Description

● Required organizational resource planning (materials, HR, production capacity, material, and product storage capacities). ● Long-term production planning (annual, monthly) according to the current inventories of products in the organization. ● Analyze the trend of changes in monthly sales forecasts with the budget. ● Equipment risk assessment based on the production plan. ● Scenario-based planning regarding supply chain uncertainty. ● Supply chain coordination using rolling planning method and feedback loop.

Requirements

● Master's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering. ● Fluency in the basics of MCDM,multi-objective decision making, sequence of operations, and linear/non-linear optimization modeling. ● Fluency in MRP, MRP II, CRP, RCCP, and aggregate planning basics. ● Strong Excel functions skills, reporting, etc. ● Familiarity with statistical analysis methods, random distribution, hypothesis testing, and basics of process engineering and business process modeling (BPMN and, etc.). ● At least 2 years of working experience related to supply chain strategic planning.
