Job Description
● Review historical trends, research drivers, and evaluate forecast results to identify the gaps and provide insight and recommendations to management on how to improve processes.
● Analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows.
● Data Analysis through creating reports and dashboards.
● Project Analysis from the beginning and monitoring to the endpoint.
● Design and execute new reports, according to operational needs and important OKRs of different teams.
● Develop, review, and analyze department KPIs and OKRs’ data.
● Provide and control analysis, logic, and processes to create dashboards.
● Train stakeholders on new reports and dashboards.
● Work collaboratively with operational team and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
● Develop matrix relationships to involve process experts and conduct improvement activities using problem-solving tools such as Lean, 6sigma, Kaizen, etc.
