Conducting business related studies in Real Estate industry, Familiar with developing Business Models, Expert in Business Process Modeling, Expert in conducting Market Research and providing socio-economic data, Ability to analyze data and prepare and set up management and analytical reports and presentations, Expert in in providing Feasibility and Economic Study, Familiar with providing business plans, Ability to provide Project Plans, Familiar with forecasting methods, Full mastery of analysis, complication and designing of systems and processes, Ability to deliver the assigned tasks in the specific deadline, Expert in designing forms, instructions, and other process requirements, Analysis and evaluation of existing systems' efficiency in order to identify their abilities and disadvantages and collaborate with planning team in choosing, designing and developing alternative systems, Investigate the need to reform and creation of new processes and documentation based on the results of the analysis of evaluations or requests of units, Standardization of work methods and processes, Provide appropriate solutions and solutions to eliminate duplication, interruption and delay in carrying out activities and facilitate the way in which units work, Provide training and guidance to staff to improve their performance, Mastered in collecting and documenting processes, Ability to build alternative decisions and solve the problem creatively.
