Job Description

-Develop a vision, mission, values, and policy based on the company's articles of association -Formulation of long-term goals in coordination with the company's senior managers and management to achieve the approved goals -Formulation of medium-term and operational goals to achieve long-term goals in coordination with company managers -Participate in the development of the company's operational plan -Establish coordination between the company's senior managers to develop plans, programs, and strategies -Prepare and compile the proposed annual budget with the participation of other units and under the supervision of superiors -Manage approved budgets and investment channels to achieve maximum productivity -Development, organization, and control of ongoing programs and projects (preparation of Gantt executive chart, determination of resources required for projects, optimal allocation of resources according to the identification of key project needs, control of deadlines, budgets, activities, and submission of quantitative and analytical reports of the amount Estimation and possible deviations) -Standardization of the company in terms of quality, stakeholder satisfaction, performance, and determination of key performance indicators based on approved programs -Develop evaluation methods to identify risks, evaluate program strengths and weaknesses, project quality and performance, staff and project managers -Define and formulate improvement projects in the areas of quality, performance, resources, risk reduction -Collaborate with program and project managers to implement and control processes related to change management -Control and cooperation in the study of production capacity, human resources, and financial resources and their compliance with the needs of the company -Help solve project problems by analyzing, controlling, and participating in investigating the causes of existing inconsistencies, identifying process bottlenecks, required equipment, pursuing troubleshooting through emergency planning, and providing solutions to bottlenecks -Managing relationships with internal stakeholders by holding regular meetings for easy communication, transparency regarding project issues, and timely decision making

Requirements

-Ability to lead, manage time, facilitate -Ability to communicate effectively -Familiarity with budgeting and principles of budget preparation -Problem-solving ability -Familiarity with the principles of change management, performance appraisal, and risk management -Familiarity with the principles of management and the ability to monitor, direct and control the activities of units under the supervision -Familiarity with business -Ability to lead management meetings and project progress -Mastery of office software, project management software (Basecamp, MS Project) -Familiarity with project/program management techniques -Familiarity with strategic thinking -Comprehension of written and oral concepts at a moderate to high level
