Job Description
● Design of the plant's layout and piping route and 3D modeling in PDMS.
● Preparation of the detailed engineering documents in piping discipline including but not limited to Plot Plans, General Arrangements, Line Lists, Valve Lists, Tie-In Details, Pipe Support Lists and drawings, Isometric drawings, MTOs, MRs, etc.
● Vendor documents' review.
● Develop conceptual layouts based on experience and good engineering practice and develop these through detailed design.
● Clash checking, inconsistency checking, and preparation of the report in PDMS.
● Review the client’s technical documentation, specification, and requirements.
● Preparation of piping design specifications and procedures.
● Stress analysis of piping in CAESAR II and preparation of the related report.
● Review of the design of all piping stress/support engineers. Issue project piping stress specification and critical lines list.
● Perform stress analysis calculations of critical lines.
● Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
