Job Description

Under the Supervision of Physical Distribution Manager, This position is responsible for ensuring the respect of the delivery commitments with the internal and external clients and the respect of the Transportation conditions. - Inventories of all WH items (Asset and finish product) in Tehran Distribution Center. - Respects the transportation plan and budget allocated. - Quality Supervision & Claims management related to TDC. - Animates his own performance meetings within his team and review performance with internal stakeholder (Customer Service, Finance, Sales as relevant) On service level / On costs optimization /Projects / Requests. - Budget and costs Supervision. - Follows monthly KPIs related to TDC operation and proposes an action plan to achieve goals. - Optimize the processes to decrease costs (trucks fulfillment, and specific projects) - Assists the PD manager in the storage of finished goods in best conditions. - Ensures effective cost of external storage and labor for budgeting purposes, justifies any gaps and continuously strives to optimize these expenses. - Participates in the elaboration and implementation of the procedures and instructions linked to quality and environment. - Confirms & follows up with PD manager that the procedures are well respected (ex. FEFO) - Ensures the safety of his team. - Defines training needs of his team
