POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran, Iran Full-time Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience POSITION SUMMARY Develops strong relationship with key pharmacies to ensure effective field execution, implements sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories. A DAY IN THE LIFE … - Responsible for achieving Sales and Distribution targets per category for the assigned area and customers through relevant and compliant activities set for the top customers - Ensure the implementation of Visibility Plans as per the company's Merchandising guidelines within the assigned area by the efficient use of POP materials. (from Gathering reports merchandizing team, evaluating and last step of execution and payment) - Develop and manage the long-term effective business relationship with the distributors and assigned customers through continuous regular weekly visit of top customers - Actively participate in customer classification changes throughout the year in order to ensure right service level to right customer - Responsible for providing quality inputs for MBPC cycle and forecasting at branch level followed by data gathering on key customers - Responsible to provide timely and quality information on marketing intelligence (Competitions activities, Market Dynamic on consumer/shoppers behaviors, demand generation dynamic in trade, sell-out data (when possible), pharmacies stock level, stock availability) - Ensure quality implementation/monitoring of customer-level activities and proposing new activities/schemes - Continuous alignment/insight exchange with Medical team to ensure full alignment between Sales & medical field team - Regularly informs customers on relevant FAB of each brands to ensure pharmacies' relevant staff have up-to-date information on our brands - Responsible on delivering professional items set for the pharmacies - Ensure right quality of launch process of new SKUs for key customers (availability to right execution) - Ensure escalation process is in place to attain full alignment between Distributors Branch and Distributors HO

Requirements

What will make you successful? • Having a proper knowledge of working with MS Office and Outlook • Highly developed in planning & organizing skills. • Eager to achieve high targets. • Excellent Decision-making skills. • Upper intermediate in English, both verbal & written communication.
