- To lead & develop a high performing sales representative team. - Set the individual weekly and monthly forecast for each Sales Representative and each territory and Monitor progress against sales value and volume targets - Design daily and weekly route plans for Sales Representatives in his/her respective territory and Ensure route efficiency (number of planned calls and call frequency) by taking necessary actions to improve the routes. - Ensure effective execution of company’s plans at trade or Pharmacy level. Increase coverage & penetration of company products in his/her area to ensure product availability. - Ensure that payment terms are respected. - Monitor and ensure product hygiene& freshness in the market. - To ensure timely & accurate Reporting.
- BA or BSc Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or any relevant field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in field of sales. - Interpersonal Skills Data Management - Sales Techniques Field based on the Sales Knowledge Impact/Convince Others Result Focus.
