Job Description
● Achieve sales targets, in relevant territory on required basis.
● Regular visits of pharmacies in order to make sure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep company reputation.
● Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.
● Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
● Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
● Take orders over the phone, Internet, or through email.
● Monitor distributor sales forces and communicate with them as daily task.
● Meet call targets while focusing on top costumers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory).
