Job Description

- Visiting 10-15 pharmacies per day (out of these 4 should be key account pharmacies) - Meeting set deadlines by the company to satisfy covered pharmacies - Achieve & exceed the set targets - Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key pharmacies and company - Resolving key issues and complaints - Developing a complete understanding of key account needs - Anticipating key account changes and improvements - Managing communications between key pharmacies and internal teams - Strategic planning to improve pharmacy results - Negotiating contracts with pharmacies and establishing timeline of performance - Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same pharmacy account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being used and all pharmacies needs met - Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling - Meeting all pharmacies needs and deliverable according to proposed timelines - Analyzing pharmacy data to provide customer relationship management - Expanding relationships and bringing in new client - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Close cooperation with medical team to cover each other as best as possible.

Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in sales preferable in pharmaceutical field. • Minimum Bachelor of Science. • Self-Confidence & demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving. • Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach) • Territory Management & Meeting Sales Goals • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. • Client Relationships • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Very good knowledge and relation with key pharmacies. - An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills - Sales and customer relationship skills - Confidence and persistence - Patience and self-motivation - Analytical and planning skills - A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes -Strong teamwork and networking skills - Domination of the assigned area. - Familiar with sales and marketing skills. - Good knowledge of English. - Proper Excel skills. - Maximum age: 35 - Professional mathematical calculations. - Disciplined and persevering. - Modified and committed. - Looking for growth
