Job Description

● Dealing with correspondence and phone calls. ● Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. ● Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. ● Organizing events and conferences. ● Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. ● Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. ● Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and other related fields. ● 3 to 5 years of experience. ● Age range: 25 to 37 years old. ● Flexibility and adaptability. ● Good oral and written communication skills. ● Fluency in English is a must. ● Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. ● Ability to be proactive and take the initiative. ● Communication skills. ● Familiarity with the Turkish language is an advantage.
