Job Description

- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently - File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports - Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals - Organize and coordinate meetings - Perform other duties as assigned - Maintain scheduling and event calendars - Follow up her manager orders and assigned tasks at different stages

Requirements

- Gender: Female - More than 2 years of experience as related position - Excellent organization and communication skills - Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi) - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) - Good command of English Language
