Job Description

- Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls. - Receives, welcomes, books and refers visitors to the relevant individual/department. - Archiving, maintenance and record of documents. - Maintaining schedules and calendars. - Administrative and manage secretarial Section.


- University Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in Management/ Communications - At least 3 years of related experience - Proficiency in MS Office - Self-disciplined, Self-motivated, Responsible, Flexible, multi-tasking skills - Age Range: 25-35
