Job Description

- PA will work closely with the CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. - She/he will be responsible for diary management, replying to correspondence, minute taking and compiling and preparing presentations, helping CEO to make the best use of his time with administrative and secretarial tasks. - The PA should have great planning and organizational skills along with the ability to liaise with all other C-Suits and Senior Managers.

Requirements

- No formal academic qualifications are required (degree in business administrative or communications can be an advantage) - A high degree of confidentiality and dependability - Flexibility with high adaptability - Excellent communication skills - Good command of English skills (written and oral) - Accuracy, sense of time management and high standard of organizational skills - High level of expertise in Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Tact and diplomatic manner
